Day 1Islamabad to Sharda/Keran
- Depart from Islamabad after breakfast
- Travel towards Muzaffarabad
- Visit Dhani Waterfall
- Short stay at Kutton Waterfall
- Travel towards Sharda along the Neelum River
- Sightseeing and photography on the way
- Overnight stay in Keran/Sharda
Day 2Baboon Valley Meadows
- Breakfast at hotel
- Departure for Baboon Valley
- Transfer to jeeps for off-road track
- Short trek to Baboon Meadows
- Explore and sightsee Baboon Valley
- Return to hotel, overnight stay in Keran
Day 3Off-Road Excursion to Ratti Gali Lake
- Early breakfast, check-out
- Departure for Dowarian
- Transfer to jeeps for the base camp
- 1-hour hike to the lake (horses available on self-payment)
- Return to Dowarian, head towards Sharda
- Overnight stay in Sharda
Day 4Explore Taobat & Halmat in Jeeps
- Breakfast at hotel
- Transfer to jeeps for off-road track
- Departure for Kel
- Visit Jamgarh Waterfall
- Explore Taobat & Upper Valleys, visit Halmat Kashmir
- Overnight stay in Taobat
Day 5Jeep Safari to Arang Kel
- Breakfast at hotel
- Transfer to jeeps for off-road, bumpy track
- Reach Kel, take the Doli Ride
- Trek to Arang Kel (35–40 minutes)
- Explore Arang Kel with local eateries
- Drive back, overnight stay in Sharda/Keran
Day 6Travel Back to Muzaffarabad, Visit Pir Chinasi
- Breakfast at hotel, check-out
- Travel towards Muzaffarabad
- Visit Pir Chinasi for aerial views of Muzaffarabad
- Overnight stay in Muzaffarabad
Day 7Return Journey to Islamabad
- Breakfast at hotel, check-out
- Travel back towards Islamabad
- Stop at Kutton Waterfall for refreshment (1.5 hours)
- Arrive Islamabad with beautiful memories
Plan notes
Please carry your original CNIC for identification at checkpoints along the route. This circuit covers multiple off-road jeep transfers over 7 days, including Baboon Valley, Ratti Gali, Taobat and Arang Kel comfortable clothing and moderate fitness are recommended throughout. Nights at Ratti Gali and Taobat are cold even in summer. Only breakfast is included lunch and dinner can be arranged locally at your own cost.
