Day 1Islamabad to Malam Jabba
- Depart from Islamabad
- Travel through Swat Motorway
- Arrive at Fizaghat/Mingora, breakfast on the way
- Head towards Malam Jabba
- Visit Malam Jabba Ski Resort
- Enjoy chairlift, zip lining, giant swing & snow skiing (seasonal)
- Check in to hotel for overnight stay
Day 2Kalam & Green Top
- Breakfast at hotel
- Drive to Kalam
- Check-in at hotel, relax for some time
- Visit Green Top on 4x4 vehicle
- Aerial views of Kalam & Ushu Forest, view of Seven Sisters Peak
- Overnight stay in Kalam
Day 3Ushu Forest & Mahodand Lake
- Breakfast at hotel
- Departure for Ushu Forest & Mahodand Lake on 4x4 vehicle
- Quality time at each destination

- Visit Matiltan Waterfall and Palogha Village
- Return to hotel, overnight stay in Kalam
Day 4Kalam to Kumrat Valley via Badgoi Pass

- Visit Badgoi Top — highest, most scenic point on the Utror–Dir Road
- Visit Dasht-e-Laila for mountain views
- Short stay at Utror Valley
- Continue drive towards Thal with stopovers
- Check-in at Kumrat Valley hotel/camp
Day 5Explore Upper Kumrat Valley
- Breakfast with Panjkora River view
- Travel through dense Kumrat Forest
- Visit Kala Chashma Point and Kumrat Waterfall
- Explore till evening
- Quality time by the Panjkora River
- Overnight stay in Kumrat
Day 6Drive Back to Kalam via Badgoi Pass
- Breakfast at camp/hotel
- Early morning departure for Kalam on 4x4 vehicle
- Travel through Badgoi Top with scenic stopovers
- Reach Kalam, check-in for overnight stay
Day 7Fizaghat Park & Return to Islamabad
- Breakfast at hotel
- Departure for Fizaghat, Swat
- Visit Fizaghat Park, quality time by the Swat River
- Visit Cake Monument, Swat
- Continue journey back to Islamabad
- Arrive Islamabad with lifelong memories
Plan notes
Please carry your original CNIC for identification at checkpoints along the route. This is a longer circuit involving multiple off-road jeep transfers over 7 days comfortable clothing, motion-sickness precautions, and warm layers for Kumrat/Kalam nights are recommended. Malam Jabba ski activities are seasonal and weather-dependent. Only breakfast is included daily lunch and dinner can be arranged locally at your own cost.
