About Baku Boulevard

Baku Boulevard, also known as the Seaside National Park (Dənizkənarı Milli Park), is the long, green waterfront that runs beside the Caspian Sea in the heart of the city. Wide paths, palm trees, fountains and sea breezes make it the easiest and most pleasant place in Baku to slow down.

The promenade dates back to the early twentieth century and has been rebuilt and extended many times since. Today it holds gardens, cafes, play areas and some of the city's best-known sights, including Little Venice, the Baku Eye Ferris wheel and the Azerbaijan Carpet Museum. Locals come to walk, cycle and meet friends, especially after sunset, making it a good way to see everyday Baku.
