About Dubai Miracle Garden

The Dubai Miracle Garden, opened in February 2013, is one of the largest flower gardens in the world, set in the desert near Al Barsha. Each season it is planted with over 100 million flowers, shaped into walls, arches, towers, hearts and other sculptures in every colour, usually open from around November to May and closed in the hottest summer months.

The garden is known for its record-setting displays, such as a huge floral model of an aeroplane and tall flower-covered structures, with walking paths passing through flower tunnels and arches that change themes from year to year — including fairy tale figures, cartoon characters and famous landmarks. It is also a popular place for family photos, especially around sunset when the light is soft.

Good to Know

The garden suits families, couples, groups and photographers for a visit of 2 to 3 hours. Days are warm even in winter, so mornings and late afternoons are the most comfortable times.

The garden is seasonal and usually closes in the hottest months, so it's worth checking the current opening dates before planning a visit, and weekends and holidays are notably busier than weekdays.
